Your primary responsibility will be working with business and technology stakeholders to develop and implement cross-functional reporting assets including dashboards and self-service data models. You will also participate in the definition and socialization technology best practices, allowing us to scale our impact through the enablement of data analysts across various business functions.
What You'll Do:
Own end-to-end design and development of cross-functional dashboards and/or semantic models in core BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, and/or Cube.dev) Collaborate independently with business stakeholders and engineers to define BI solutions that satisfy both user requirements and architectural standards Apply advanced UX, visual design, and performance tuning techniques to optimize solutions and contribute to established quality standards Support organizational growth and adoption of BI solutions by leading enablement efforts with business partners Support overall strategy and scale by connecting metrics, data sources, and reporting assets across related domains.

Experience You Bring:
4+ years of BI development experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or other relevant expertise Highly proficient in Tableau and/or Power BI including design, deployment, and performance optimization Highly proficient in SQL Understanding of data visualization and visual design best practices Understanding of common data architecture and modelling concepts Experience enabling a broader community of contributors (e.g. data analysts) in reporting efforts through mentorship, training, and defining standards Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead design thinking sessions, demos, and trainings with stakeholders Bonus skills that are a plus: dbt, CI/CD, semantic layer experience Python and Advanced Analytics experience Experience with Agile delivery or product management Hiring range: $118,000
  • 135,000 USD Annual At Patagonia, pay ranges are assigned to a job based on the location specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys.
Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget.
