Create modular datasets, semantic models, and shared reporting assets that accelerate development across the organization. Develop and maintain standardized DAX measures and calculation libraries. Executive Reporting Build dynamic dashboards incorporating advanced time intelligence, including MTD, QTD, YTD, and rolling-period reporting. Deliver polished, executive-level visualizations that enable fast and informed decision-making. Ensure reporting solutions are intuitive, high-performing, and broadly accessible. Technical Leadership Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for Power BI development and DAX best practices. Establish standards for model design, measure development, naming conventions, and governance. Optimize data models for scalability, maintainability, and performance. Stakeholder Partnership Collaborate with executive leadership, finance, technology, data engineering, and analytics teams to define reporting requirements and priorities. Provide guidance, templates, and best practices to support broader BI adoption across the organization. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on reporting strategy and analytics enablement. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will bring: 4+ years of advanced Power BI experience within a large-scale enterprise environment. Deep expertise in DAX, semantic modeling, and Power BI architecture. Experience building executive and enterprise-level reporting solutions. Strong understanding of reusable reporting frameworks, data governance, and metric standardization. Experience partnering with data engineering and technology teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A developer mindset with a focus on scalability, consistency, and long-term sustainability. Why This Opportunity? Highly visible role with direct impact on executive decision-making. Opportunity to establish enterprise reporting standards across a complex, acquisition-driven organization. Significant exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to build scalable reporting infrastructure that will influence the future analytics strategy of the company.
