We are seeking an analytical problem-solver with a strong background in data visualization and process improvement. Our team relies on this position to develop scalable reporting tools and transform complex data into compelling insights that drive efficiency and performance across materials operations.Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators, trends, and performance opportunities for materials sourcing and planning teams. Develop and automate data workflows utilizing SQL and Python to reduce manual efforts and enable faster, repeatable analytics across large-scale supply chain datasets. Leverage AI-powered tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development, prototype new solutions, and promote a culture of innovation within the team. Identify, design, and lead process improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline operations, reduce friction, and eliminate inefficiencies.Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training as stated in the job description. Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analytics, process improvement, or supply chain operations. Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and pipeline development, as well as experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards and visualizations. Demonstrated expertise leveraging AI-powered development tools (such as Cursor or similar), and experience with Alteryx for data blending, workflow automation, and self-service analytics.About SSI People:
