Job Overview:

Seeking a confident developer/technical consultant with at least 1 year coding experience and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). This Full-time position can be mostly remote but would prefer the first few days of onboarding in Flower Mound, TX. Starting pay rate is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

• Obtained or working towards a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• 1+ year coding experience
• Ability to write clean, bug-free code that is easy to understand and easily maintainable
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Clean background check
• Effective prioritization skills and commitment to meeting development deadlines
• Ability to obtain and maintain ServiceNow SecOps certifications.

Bonus Experience:

• ServiceNow App development and programming experience
• ServiceNow SecOps development
• ServiceNow GRC/IRM development
• Agile/Scrum and/or DevOps methodologies

Responsibilities:

• Develop workflow and web prototypes for client engagements.
• Design, code, and test technical solutions for ServiceNow implementations.
• Utilize Mid server, web services, email, and other relevant technologies to integrate tools with ServiceNow.
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend effective solutions.
• Configure Support Groups, assignment rules, categorizations, CI data, SLAs, etc.
• Troubleshoot issues within the ServiceNow instance.
• Assist in enforcing development deadlines and schedules.
• Adhere to coding standards and contribute to their improvement.
• Encourage and support fellow team members in making innovative contributions and embracing new ideas.
