12+ Month Contract Role Summary The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ or Conga CPQ, along with experience in business process analysis, configuration, and pricing methodologies. This role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and the ability to gather and document complex business requirements. Key Responsibilities Analyze and design business processes related to Salesforce CPQ and Conga CPQ, including product configuration, rules, pricing, and quoting workflows. Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and document detailed requirements to drive successful CPQ implementations. Define and optimize pricing methodologies , quoting processes, and approval workflows to ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, IT) to ensure smooth integration and implementation of CPQ solutions. Assist with the configuration and customization of Salesforce CPQ to meet business needs. Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide insights and improve the effectiveness of CPQ solutions. Provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce CPQ and support in implementing features such as rules, pricing, and approvals.
Required Skills and Experience CPQ Expertise:
Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ / Conga CPQ features and functionalities.
Domain Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of product configuration, rules, pricing, pricing methodologies, quoting, and approvals.
Process Analysis:
Experience in business process analysis and design to align CPQ solutions with business requirements.
Communication:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams effectively.
Documentation:
Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Salesforce development tools and customization to support solution development.
Data Insight:
Experience with data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions and CPQ optimizations.
