Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Management Report Developer to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. This role will focus on developing and validating OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports across

Workforce Management Modules:

Time & Labor, Scheduling and Absence Management. The ideal candidate will have strong functional HCM Workforce Management knowledge combined with hands-on technical reporting expertise, particularly in healthcare or other complex, shift-based environments.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop OTBI transactional reports and BI Publisher (BIP) formatted reports Build reports across: Time & Labor Workforce Scheduling Absence Management Develop timecard summaries, overtime reports, shift premium reporting, compliance reporting, and workforce analytics Support SIT/UAT testing and post-go-live stabilization Translate business requirements into reporting solutions

Qualifications and Requirements:

Functional Expertise:

Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Time & Labor, Scheduling, Absence Management ) Understanding of payroll processing and time calculation rules Experience in healthcare or shift-based workforce environments preferred Knowledge of overtime, shift differentials, and compliance reporting

Technical Expertise:

Hands-on experience with: OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) BI Publisher (BIP), including data models and bursting Strong SQL skills Understanding of Fusion HCM Workforce Management subject areas and data structures Experience supporting reporting during full lifecycle implementations
