Job Description

Job Description A health management and billing technology company out of Portland, OR is looking for a remote Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their team. This person will be a part of the greater IT Solutions team, overseeing, developing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform for the business. Day to day includes maintaining the platform and making key decisions for changes or upgrades. Communicating and problem solving for the business, collaborating with the team and providing guidance to junior team members. Developing, configuring, troubleshooting, and experience implementing applications to the platform are the core responsibilities for the role. The team works core PST hours but are open to workers who sit PST or MST.   • 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow platform developer
  • Strong experience integrating and upgrading the ServiceNow platform
  • Scripting experience, preferably JavaScript but open to Python, Bash, PHP, etc
  • Demonstrated experience meeting deadlines and managing timelines
  • Ability to problem solve and lead as a senior level resource
  • Experience building customer solutions with App Engine Studio
  • Experience with Chat Bot and NLU
  • Experience with GRC is highly desirable
  • Experience with ServiceNow AI functionality
  • College degree preferred
