This position will focus on advanced Salesforce development, platform engineering, integrations, and technical leadership supporting Service Cloud and Field Service operations. This job is expected to pay about $130,000 to $170,000 annually plus 10% bonus- No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role
What You'll Do:
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Field Service, and integrated enterprise platforms
- Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, APEX classes/triggers, and asynchronous processing solutions
- Lead integrations using
REST/SOAP
APIs, Platform Events, middleware tools, and enterprise data orchestration strategies- Support Salesforce DevOps initiatives including CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and release management processes
- Mentor developers, establish engineering best practices, and partner with cross-functional teams on technical strategy and delivery What Gets You the
Job:
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience within enterprise environments
- Strong expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, APEX, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce security models
- Experience with Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and complex Salesforce integrations
- Background working with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Git, and automated deployment pipelines
