Service Cloud Job Description:
We are looking for a Salesforce Agentforce Developer with strong experience in AI automation and Salesforce platform development. The candidate will build and support AI-powered workflows and digital agent solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop Salesforce Agentforce solutions Build AI-driven workflows using Flows, Apex, and Platform Events. Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AWS Connect Integrate Agentforce with Data Cloud and external systems. Configure prompts, orchestration, and automation logic Support conversational AI and workflow automation.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with the Salesforce platform development Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce Experience with Apex, LWC, and Flows Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Experience with AI/automation solutions and integrations Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Data Cloud Knowledge of prompt engineering and conversational AI
