Salesforce Developer

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and optimize our Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce development, coding best practices, and integration strategies, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Design and implement custom solutions using platform features including custom objects, flows, apex triggers . Integrate Salesforce with external systems via

REST/SOAP

APIs, middleware, and ETL tools . Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Maintain and optimize Salesforce data models, security settings, and permissions . Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications. Follow Salesforce best practices and ensure compliance with security and data governance standards. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or its equivalent in work experience. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud . Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Experience with Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and governor limits .

Salesforce certifications:

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder . Understanding of unit testing and test automation for Salesforce applications.
