Job Description
Experteer Overview As a Salesforce Developer in Fisher Investments' IT department, you will deliver internally developed and third-party solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem. You'll participate across the full SDLC, turning requirements into scalable software aligned with architectural standards. You will work on Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business processes. This role offers meaningful impact in a growth-focused tech environment and opportunities to shape our CRM platform and integration strategy.
Compensation / Benefits
Develop Salesforce-based solutions (Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and related technologies
Customize reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
Contribute to full SDLC from planning to production support, including multi-department, high-risk projects
Provide technical direction and decision-making with guidance as needed
Troubleshoot and support production Salesforce platform
Leverage tools like Code Builder, Copado, Accel
Q, GIT, JIRA
Manage project delivery from launch through user acceptance
Plan designs, timelines and issue resolution across modules Tasks
4+ years as a Salesforce Developer with multiple successful implementations
Experience in Financial Services industry (wealth management/investment firms)
Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Force.com API
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Scheduler, Inbox, and High Velocity Sales
Azure Integration experience
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related discipline Key requirements
