Job Description
Experteer Overview In this role, you will build and customize Salesforce-based solutions to support Fisher Investments' processes and growth. You'll work across the full SDLC, turning requirements into scalable software that aligns with our architectural standards. You will collaborate with the CRM Application Development team to deliver trusted, production-ready solutions. This opportunity lets you shape the Salesforce ecosystem in a financial services context and drive impact across departments. Compensation / Benefits
- Develop solutions primarily in Salesforce.com and related technologies per our ecosystem standards
- Provide expertise in Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex Classes/Triggers, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Force.com API
- Customize reports and dashboards
- Familiar with coding and testing tools such as Code Builder, Copado, AccelQ, GIT, and JIRA
- Manage technical development from launch through UAT, including cross-department projects with high risk
- Design steps/modules, define timelines, and identify/resole issues
- Make decisions on technical direction with guidance
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for the platform Tasks
- 4+ years as a Salesforce Developer with multiple successful implementations
- Experience in the Financial Services industry (wealth management or investment firm)
- Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex Classes/Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Force.com API
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Scheduler, Inbox, and High Velocity Sales
- AZURE Integration experience
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related discipline Key requirements
