Job Description
Experteer Overview In this role you will develop Salesforce-based solutions to support Fisher Investments' technology initiatives. You will work within the IT Department and the CRM Application Development team to translate requirements into working software aligned with architectural standards. You'll participate across the full SDLC, tackling multi-department projects and high-risk situations. This is a hands-on role with a focus on delivering cloud CRM capabilities that empower wealth management processes.

Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions (Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
Customize reports and dashboards to support business needs
Provide expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Force.com API; manage Lightning components and Visualforce when needed
Utilize tools like Code Builder, Copado, AccelQ, Git, and Jira for development and quality assurance
Lead technical development from launch through user acceptance; coordinate across departments
Design modules and timelines, identify and resolve issues, and provide production support and troubleshooting
Make guided technical direction decisions and ensure alignment with architectural standards
Participate in full SDLC and translate requirements into working software Tasks
4+ years of Salesforce Developer experience with multiple successful implementations
Industry experience in Financial Services, wealth management, or investment firms
Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud; Apex Classes/Triggers; SOQL; SOSL; Force.com API
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Scheduler, Inbox, and High Velocity Sales
AZURE integration experience
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related discipline Key requirements
