Job Description

Job Description An employer in the insurance industry is looking for a Mid‑Level Salesforce Developer to join the fully remote team. This person will be responsible for delivering hands‑on Salesforce development with a strong focus on modern UI, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and OmniStudio. The Salesforce Developer will spend the majority of their time writing, maintaining, and enhancing Lightning Web Components and OmniStudio components, including building and supporting OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures to drive scalable, user‑friendly experiences. They will work closely with Apex for backend logic and integrations, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability across the platform. On a daily basis, this person will own technical delivery end‑to‑end, from design through deployment, handling complex Flows, implementing Salesforce security and sharing models, and modernizing or improving existing Lightning and Apex solutions. They will participate in pair programming and collaborative problem‑solving, acting as a strong technical contributor without formal people‑management responsibilities. The developer will be comfortable moving between programmatic and declarative work, including administrative configuration when required, and will not feel sidelined by hands‑on platform tasks. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.
