$55.50/hr (W2) About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of mission-critical applications within a public sector environment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem and integrated platforms. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications across Salesforce, MuleSoft, SQL Server, and Oracle environments Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions Perform code analysis, troubleshooting, and enhancements on existing systems Develop and support APIs and integrations across enterprise platforms Participate in full SDLC activities including design, development, testing, and deployment Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and technology standards Create and maintain technical documentation Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Lead Developer on Salesforce implementations Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 7+ years of development experience Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Apex, Lightning, LWC preferred) Experience with MuleSoft and API/integration development Strong SQL experience (SQL Server and/or Oracle) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Must be a U.S. Citizen (no visa or sponsorship available)
