Job Description
Experteer Overview In this role you will design and deliver Salesforce-based solutions to support Fisher Investments' business needs. You'll work across the full SDLC, translating requirements into scalable, standards-compliant software within our CRM ecosystem. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable impactful cloud solutions in Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Expect challenging implementations that affect multiple departments and critical production support. This is an opportunity to shape technology enablement in a growth-focused, client-centric firm.
Compensation / Benefits
- Develop Salesforce-based solutions and other technologies per our ecosystem standards
- Provide expertise in Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex Classes/Triggers, Visualforce, Salesforce Workflow, SOQL, SOSL, and Force.com API
- Customize reports and dashboards to meet business needs
- Use tools such as Code Builder, Copado, AccelQ, Git, and Jira for development and testing
- Manage technical development from launch through user acceptance, including cross-department projects and high-risk initiatives
- Design steps/modules, define timelines, and identify and resolve issues
- Contribute to technical direction decisions with guidance
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for the Salesforce platform Tasks
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with multiple successful implementations
- Experience in Financial Services industry (wealth management or investment firm)
- Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex Classes/Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Force.com API
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Scheduler, Inbox, and High Velocity Sales
- Azure Integration experience
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related discipline Key requirements
