Job Summary:
The Salesforce Developer (QA/Regression focus) is responsible for quality assurance, test automation, and regression coverage across the ProCrewz platform. This role works closely with the engineering pods to ensure release readiness, maintain AccelQ-based automation suites, and provide go/no-go validation for platform deployments supporting sports broadcast labor staffing, scheduling, payroll, and compliance workflows. This position is available for remote work.
General Duties/Responsibilities:
Own QA strategy, test planning, and regression execution across ProCrewz platform releases Build and maintain automated test suites using AccelQ; expand automation coverage over time Perform release readiness reviews and provide go/no-go recommendations for production deployments Collaborate with Salesforce developers and Product Managers to define acceptance criteria and test cases Identify, document, and track defects through resolution; maintain QA documentation in Confluence Support compliance-related test coverage including CA labor rules, payroll calculations, and client contractual requirements Participate in sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and cross-pod QA coordination Contribute to the development of a shared QA practice as offshore QA resources are onboarded
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 3+ years of QA or software testing experience, preferably within a Salesforce environment Hands-on experience with test automation tools; AccelQ or similar platform experience preferred Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, flows, and Apex-driven logic for effective test design Experience with SDLC processes, defect tracking, and release management workflows Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills for test documentation Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or equivalent) (Preferred) Experience in payroll, labor compliance, or financial systems testing (Preferred) Familiarity with sports media, broadcast production, or live events platforms (Preferred) Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Gearset-based deployment workflows We believe in supporting our team members with a comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance their well-being and provide financial security.
