Individuals will apply advanced, theoretical knowledge of engineering management principles and concepts, as well as experience in software development, to research, design, and develop computer and network software, as well as specialized utility programs.Job responsibilities and duties include:
- Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions and system integrations to meet business needs.
- Configure applications, manage data integrity, build reports and dashboards, and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, enforce coding best practices, and stay current with Salesforce updates and innovations.
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications to align with business requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytic tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce applications.
- Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide technical guidance when necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Technology, or any related IT or Engineering field of study, plus at least five years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in any related position(s). Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Professional experience with Salesforce platform including limitations and best practices.
- Salesforce integration tools and
REST/SOAP
APIs.- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- AngularJS or React.
- Version control systems and CI/CD processes.
