RATE RANGE

$51.34/hr W2 (no health benefits while on contract, an hour worked is an hour paid)

DURATION

Hybrid in Bedford, MA 01730-Must be local! (will not consider applicants outside of MA) •No C2C, we can NOT work with outside agencies/vendors, and we can NOT do 1099-US

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, build, and support solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Order Management (OMS) using Apex, Lightning, and Flows Deliver enhancements across the full development lifecycle Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions Follow Salesforce best practices for development, testing, and documentation Build and maintain API integrations using Apex and REST services AI / Agentforce Chatbot Enhance the existing Agentforce chatbot to support transactional workflows Improve chatbot accuracy using Salesforce Knowledge, product data, and business rules Configure prompts, intents, actions, and fallback logic Data Cloud & Personalization Use Salesforce Data Cloud to support personalization and AI grounding Support identity resolution and data mapping as needed Testing, Release & Governance Support testing, UAT, deployments, and production releases Follow DevOps and Git-based deployment practices

REQUIREMENTS

No onsite requirements at this time but candidates must be local to the Bedford area. 5+ years of Salesforce development experience. Candidates MUST have recent experience with Agentforce, OMS and service cloud Candidates must have a completed BA/BS degree in a technical field.

Strong experience with:

Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows REST APIs and integrations Salesforce Service Cloud Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce Experience working with Salesforce Order Management (OMS) & Salesforce Service cloud Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud Experience with Git and Salesforce deployments Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II) Experience with AI, chatbots, or conversational automation Experience supporting global or multilingual Salesforce implementations Background in customer service, warranty, or technical support systems
