Candidate must be able to work on Client's W2 - No sponsorship available (Independent candidate required only) Job Description We are seeking a Salesforce Developer / Tech Lead to join the EDGE (Employees Delivering Greater Experience) team, which serves as the Enterprise CRM platform. The candidate will be responsible for: Eliminating technical debt Implementing enhancements Providing ongoing system maintenance Collaborating with multiple Scrum teams and stakeholders This role involves a mix of hands-on development, technical leadership, and Agile participation . Key Responsibilities Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) Perform hands-on Salesforce development Contribute to design discussions and solution architecture Assign tasks and user stories Review code and technical designs from developers Mentor and guide junior developers Required Skills Strong experience in Salesforce Development Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) Strong knowledge of Apex (writing classes and logic) Experience with Visualforce pages Good understanding of Triggers Experience with Salesforce configurations (declarative vs programmatic) Knowledge of Aura Components Experience working with Sales Console and Service Console Enterprise Required Skills Salesforce.com Apex Lightning (LWC) Visualforce Triggers Configuration Aura Components Sales Cloud Service Cloud
