The goal of this role is to make employees more effective and efficient through scalable systems, smart automation, and reliable workflows. While the primary platform is ServiceNow, this role will also support additional tools, integrations, and internal systems that help drive operational excellence. This position will own the design, development, administration, and continuous improvement of key business systems and surrounding infrastructure. It is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities, enjoys solving complex problems, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats as both an individual contributor and senior technical resource. Approximately 60% of the role will focus on ServiceNow (development, administration, governance), while the remaining 40% will focus on integrations, automation, and internal tooling. Responsibilities Lead hands-on development, configuration, and enhancement of workflows, forms, automations, and data structures within ServiceNow Maintain and improve CMDB and ITOM-related configurations to ensure platform accuracy, stability, and long-term health Lead migration efforts from legacy or external tools into ServiceNow Design, build, and support

integrations between ServiceNow and external business systems Develop scripts and lightweight internal tools to improve automation, reporting, and data flow Advise stakeholders on architecture decisions, including when to build natively in ServiceNow versus integrating external solutions Establish development standards, governance processes, and platform best practices Mentor team members and serve as the senior technical escalation point for the platform Drive operational efficiency through thoughtful systems design and process automation Act as the primary point of contact for MIS and IT teams regarding internal tools and platforms Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and support business continuity Requirements 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing and administering ServiceNow Strong understanding of application design and development fundamentals Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB governance Broad exposure across multiple ServiceNow modules, not limited to a single specialization Strong scripting experience with JavaScript or similar technologies Experience designing, building, and maintaining
