  • $80•$120 per hour Length•Full-time Utilization•40 hours per week Benefits•Employees are eligible for health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions, focusing on either HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or IT Service Management (ITSM).
You will work within a collaborative, cross-functional team, partnering with stakeholders, architects, and consultants to design and implement scalable solutions that drive efficiency and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across HRSD or ITSM modules Configure workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop integrations using
REST/SOAP
APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance Perform testing (unit, system, and UAT support) and troubleshoot system issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience Hands-on expertise in either: HRSD (Case Management, Knowledge, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events), or ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting frameworks Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments This is an excellent opportunity for a ServiceNow Developer looking to join a fast-growing consultancy, work on enterprise-scale projects, and broaden their expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules while delivering impactful digital transformation initiatives.
