ServiceNow Developer, IRM & GRC

Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive the risk and compliance digital transformation using ServiceNow, delivering scalable IRM/GRC solutions across audit, privacy, and third-party risk. You will partner with Security, Legal, and Procurement to automate risk posture and influence platform architecture. You'll lead integrations and workflows that reduce manual effort and provide clear visibility to stakeholders. This is a hands-on, strategic technical role with impact on global governance and enterprise risk management.

• Build and maintain

REST/SOAP API

integrations and IntegrationHub spokes to connect with IAM, SIEM, ERP, and HR platforms

• Create intuitive Workspaces, Portals, and Dashboards and apply Performance Analytics for visibility into risk
• Develop automated workflows for risk assessments, audit findings, and vendor onboarding
• Participate in Agile delivery, troubleshoot production issues, support platform upgrades, and maintain technical documentation Tasks
• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow development
• 2+ years dedicated experience with IRM/GRC modules
• Strong JavaScript and expert ServiceNow stack knowledge (Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, MID Servers, Transform Maps)
• Deep familiarity with IRM/GRC suite (Business Continuity, Privacy Management, Regulatory Change Management)
• Experience with Agile/DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and platform data governance (CMDB/CSDM)
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS-IRM/Risk & Compliance) Key requirements
