ServiceNow Developer, IRM & GRC

Experteer Overview In this role you will be the technical engine behind Fisher Investments' risk and compliance digital transformation. You will design, configure, and support scalable ServiceNow solutions across IRM/GRC domains to maintain high quality and maintainability. You will partner with Security, Legal, and Procurement to automate risk posture and integrate diverse systems. Expect to influence architecture, lead complex integrations, and drive governance across the enterprise. This is a hands-on, cross-functional, strategic engineering role.

• Design Workspaces, Portals, and Dashboards with Performance Analytics for risk visibility
• Design automated risk assessments, audit findings, and vendor onboarding workflows to reduce manual effort
• Participate in Agile delivery, troubleshoot production issues, support platform upgrades, and maintain technical docs Tasks
• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow development
• 2+ years supporting IRM/GRC modules
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow stack expertise (Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, MID Servers, Transform Maps)
• Deep familiarity with IRM/GRC suite: Business Continuity, Privacy Management, Regulatory Change Management
• Experience with Agile/DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and

CMDB/CSDM

data governance

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-IRM/Risk & Compliance) Key requirements
