ServiceNow Developer, IRM & GRC

Experteer Overview In this role, you will act as the technical engine for risk and compliance digital transformation on the ServiceNow platform. You'll design, configure, and support scalable IRM/GRC solutions across audit, privacy, and third‑party risk, aligning with an out‑of‑the‑box strategy. You will partner with Security, Legal, and Procurement to automate risk posture and influence platform architecture. This is a hands‑on role focused on delivering impactful integrations, dashboards, and workflows that enable clear risk visibility and governance. You'll work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive measurable improvements in enterprise risk management.

integrations and IntegrationHub spokes with IAM, SIEM, ERP, and HR platforms

• Design Workspaces, Portals, and Dashboards; apply Performance Analytics for visibility into enterprise risk
• Design automated workflows for risk assessments, audit findings, and vendor onboarding
• Participate in Agile delivery, troubleshoot production issues, support platform upgrades, maintain technical documentation Tasks
• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
• 2+ years dedicated IRM/GRC module experience
• Strong JavaScript and expert ServiceNow stack knowledge (Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, MID Servers, Transform Maps)
• Deep familiarity with IRM/GRC suite (Business Continuity, Privacy Management, Regulatory Change Management)
• Experience with Agile/DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and platform data governance (CMDB/CSDM)
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-IRM/Risk & Compliance) Key requirements
