Mandatory In-Person Interview Job Summary:
Looking for a senior ServiceNow Developer Lead with strong ServiceNow Development and Administration experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in CSM, scripting/customization, integrations, and enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
Required Skills:
10+ years of overall IT experience 8+ years of ServiceNow Development experience Strong ServiceNow Development & Admin experience (60/40 split) Hands-on experience with CSM Module (Mandatory) Strong scripting/customization experience in ServiceNow Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Integrations UIB & Configurable Workspace experience
ITSM / CMDB / ITOM
knowledge REST APIs, XML/JSON, JavaScript Troubleshooting & debugging skills Agile/Scrum & CI/CD experience Git/Bitbucket knowledge Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure preferred) Strong communication & leadership skills
Certifications:
ServiceNow Developer Certification Mandatory ServiceNow Admin Certification Preferred Additional Notes:
Lead role with mentoring responsibilities Must have strong ServiceNow delivery experience In-person interview is mandatory
