Seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer to design, develop, and support Strategic Portfolio Management solutions and platform automation initiatives within enterprise healthcare and regulated environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM modules, workflow automation, Service Portal development, integrations, and platform customization while supporting portfolio management and operational transformation initiatives.Requirement/Must Have:
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with focus on SPM and PPM modules. Expertise configuring and developing ServiceNow SPM modules including Demand Management, Project and Program Management, Resource Management, Portfolio Planning, Agile, and Application Portfolio Management (APM). Strong experience with Service Portal development, widget creation, scoped applications, and Flow Designer. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow data modeling, and platform administration. Strong understanding of project, portfolio, financial, and resource management principles. Experience working within healthcare or regulated industry environments preferred. Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Experience:
Experience supporting healthcare initiatives such as clinical application deployments, digital health platforms, and infrastructure modernization projects. Experience implementing portfolio financial management, investment funding, andCAPEX/OPEX
tracking solutions. Experience optimizing resource planning and allocation across enterprise teams. Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions for portfolio management and financial visibility. Experience building custom ServiceNow scoped applications and workflow automation solutions. Experience creating Service Catalog items and implementing complex approval and fulfillment workflows. Experience developing business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom data tables. Experience integrating ServiceNow with ITSM, HR, ERP, and financial systems. Experience supporting release management, testing, upgrades, and platform governance activities. Experience implementing ServiceNow best practices and platform performance optimization. Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP or financial systems preferred. Exposure to ServiceNow ITSM and HR modules preferred. Prior experience delivering solutions within healthcare or regulated industries preferred.Responsibilities:
Configure and develop ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management modules and solutions. Facilitate portfolio alignment and execution for enterprise healthcare initiatives. Implement financial tracking and cost transparency solutions within ServiceNow. Optimize resource capacity planning and allocation across IT and operational teams. Develop dashboards, KPIs, reports, and portfolio monitoring solutions. Design and build custom scoped applications to automate healthcare and operational workflows. Build and maintain Service Portals with intuitive user experiences. Create and enhance Service Catalog items and automated workflows using Flow Designer. Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom platform components. Support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems including ITSM, HR, ERP, and financial platforms. Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Participate in release management, testing, platform upgrades, and governance activities. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, design standards, and performance optimization guidelines.Should Have:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred. Certified Implementation Specialist Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) certification preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work effectively within consulting or managed services environments.Skills:
