Location:
Remote ESTWe are seeking a FACETS Enrollment Lead to serve as the functional and technical lead for the member enrollment application within a healthcare payer environment. This role will lead a small development team while supporting business needs, troubleshooting production issues, and driving enhancements across enrollment systems.Responsibilities:
Act as the functional and technical lead for the member enrollment applicationServe as the primary point of contact for business inquiries related to enrollmentLead and mentor a team of 5-6 developers supporting enrollment systemsOversee development activities, enhancements, and system improvementsManage and resolve tier 2 application support ticketsProvide technical guidance and direction to troubleshoot and resolve production issuesPartner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutionsRequired Qualifications:
