We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365/ Power Platform Developer to design, build, and modernize Microsoft Business Applications solutions. This role requires deep hands-on expertise across Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing / Customer Insights), the Power Platform, and Azure-based integrations. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals with solution architecture capabilities, including drafting architecture diagrams, topology charts, and conducting impact analysis based on functional and technical requirements. This is a senior, client-facing role requiring technical leadership, high-quality delivery, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure Microsoft cloud solutions.

What You Will Need:

Minimum SEVEN (7) years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations Strong working knowledge of relational databases and enterprise integration patterns Bachelor's degree (or US equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field US Citizenship required (contractual) Ability to work in a hybrid delivery environment Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights) modules. Build enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions using: Model-Driven Apps Canvas Apps Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls Power Automate cloud and desktop flows Develop backend services and integrations using: C# (.NET) plugins, custom workflow activities, and Azure Functions Azure Logic Apps for orchestration and enterprise integration patterns

REST/SOAP

APIs and external system integrations Implement secure, scalable Azure and external integrations, including authentication, data transformation, and monitoring. Author and review technical architecture diagrams, solution topologies, and integration patterns aligned with Microsoft best practices. Perform impact analysis and effort estimation for new features, enhancements, and production support requests. Participate in full lifecycle implementations including requirements analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve batch jobs, integrations, plugins, and async operations within Dynamics 365 environments. Collaborate with functional leads, architects, DevOps, and client stakeholders in Agile or Hybrid-Agile delivery models. Prepare and deliver technical walkthroughs and solution overviews to technical and executive stakeholders. for custom UI components and portal extensions Responsive UX design aligned with Microsoft Fluent UI standards Architecture & Design Produce end-to-end solution architectures covering Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and external systems Create topology and data flow diagrams to support solution reviews and client approvals Evaluate technical tradeoffs and document non-functional impacts (security, performance, scalability, maintainability) Ensure designs align with SaaS / PaaS best practices and Microsoft reference architectures What Would Be Nice to

Experience with public sector or regulated industry clients Background with a large consulting firm or Microsoft partner ecosystem Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodologies Familiarity with Microsoft Portals / Power Pages and enterprise BI tools The annual salary range for this position is $106,000.00-$176,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
