5-6 yrs of exp in Design, develop, and maintain reusable Lightning Web Components following Salesforce best practices and the Lightning Design System (SLDS). Lead migration efforts from Visualforce and Aura components to LWC, ensuring feature parity and improved performance. Build and consume Apex controllers, wire adapters, and Lightning Data Service to integrate LWC front ends with server-side logic. Develop and maintain Apex triggers, batch classes, queueable, and scheduled Apex to support complex business processes. Implement event-driven communication patterns (component events, Lightning Message Service, Platform Events) across component hierarchies. Optimize component rendering performance through efficient DOM management, lazy loading, and caching strategies. Manage metadata deployments through Salesforce CLI (sf/sfdx), scratch orgs, sandboxes, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Copado, or similar). Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root-cause analysis and providing impact assessments on the existing codebase. Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to technical documentation.
