We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to support enterprise ServiceNow platform implementations and ongoing enhancements. This role will focus on ITSM, Service Catalog, Change Management, API integrations, and CSDM workstreams, collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable, highquality ServiceNow solutions. Have :
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules or platform governance initiatives Agile/Scrum experience supporting enterprise delivery teams
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Service Catalog, and Change Management modules. Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, including external system connectivity and data synchronization. Implement and support CSDMaligned CMDB designs, ensuring data integrity, proper relationships, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices. Develop and customize workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies. Partner with architects, product owners, and Agile teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Support code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support activities. Create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to platform governance standards. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support sprintbased delivery.
Required Experience & Skills :
5 7+ years of handson ServiceNow development experience.
Strong experience in:
IT Service Management (ITSM) Service Catalog Change Management API integrations (REST/SOAP)
CSDM / CMDB
modeling Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting frameworks. Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid delivery model.
Required Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
