Important Note:

This is a hands-on development role. Candidates should be actively performing SAP Commerce (Hybris) development and Java coding in their current or most recent position.

Overview:

We are seeking a Lead SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise B2B commerce solutions. This is a hands-on development role requiring deep expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), Java/Spring development, SAP CPQ, and complex system integrations. The ideal candidate will be an experienced developer who remains actively involved in coding while also providing technical leadership, mentoring team members, and contributing to architectural decisions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of overall software development experience. 5+ years of hands-on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development experience. Strong experience with SAP Commerce architecture, customization, and development. Hands-on experience with SAP CPQ (Configure Price Quote). Deep expertise in Java/J2EE and Spring Framework (Spring Core, MVC, Security, and Integration). Strong understanding of B2B commerce processes and sales models. Experience with Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) business processes. Experience developing and consuming OCC APIs. Experience with headless commerce architectures utilizing Spartacus and/or ReactJS. Experience integrating SAP Commerce with

SAP ECC, SAP

S/4HANA, Salesforce, and third-party systems. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP Commerce Cloud CCv2 migration experience. Full-stack development experience with ReactJS. Experience implementing and supporting Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Experience supporting large-scale B2B SAP Commerce implementations. Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools to improve software delivery and automation.
