Clearance Requirements TS/SCI with CI Poly About the Role Culmen is recruiting for a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist providing Operational Support. What You'll Do in Your Role This role will be on site in Reston, VA, providing support to a national security program. Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. Activities include, but are not limited to, reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating or formatting; assisting with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings; preparing correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities; creating read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings; and providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support. Required Qualifications Needs to have an active CI Polygraph At least 3 years of experience promoting knowledge sharing through operational business processes and systems; and improving integration among information systems to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems At least 3 years of experience with SharePoint custom development and architecture At least 3 years of experience building out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions Ability to translate client, stakeholder, and end user's needs and requirements and recommend actionable solutions Ability to work with web development tools and languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS Ability to create data visualizations and metrics based on client requirements in COTS tools such as Tableau or Power BI About the Company Culmen International is committed to enhancing international safety and security, strengthening homeland defense, advancing humanitarian missions, and optimizing government operations.
