YSI is seeking a Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance and remediate defects in an application that is recently developed. Job Responsibilities Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce to support business requirements Should follow configuration first approach Should write unit tests and work with DevOps team to debug and remediate issues Contributing to technical documentation Be able to document user stories acceptance criteria and design changes for defects and new user stories. Required/Desired Skills 5+ years of experience with Jira. 6+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. 4+ years of experience with Copado. 6+ years of experience developing Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
