Job Description Salesforce Developer - Salesforce Platform Migration & Support We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join a high-impact team supporting and modernizing a large-scale Salesforce environment for our client. This role will focus on platform maintenance, production support, migration initiatives, and performance optimization within a complex enterprise ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce modernization initiatives. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Bellevue, WA five days per week. The ideal candidate will have Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and production support. Experience with Salesforce org migrations, metadata deployments, ETL/data migration tools, and debugging complex enterprise systems is highly preferred. In this role, you will diagnose and resolve production issues across Apex, Lightning components, integrations, and automation workflows while performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes. You will support org consolidation efforts, Hyperforce migrations, and modernization initiatives including refactoring legacy Apex, Visualforce, and workflow rules into modern Salesforce architecture patterns such as Flows and modular Apex.
