ServiceNOW lead developer role with exp in managing offshore teams / Delivery Manager - (CSM Pro+) Introduction As a ServiceNOW lead developer with experience in managing offshore teams or a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of ServiceNow CSM Pro+ and driving end-to-end delivery across multiple enterprise workflows. This role requires strong architectural leadership, technical project management capabilities, and the ability to guide development teams while ensuring alignment with business goals and platform best practices. Responsibilities Serve as the lead architect ServiceNow CSM Pro+ implementation. Define architecture, integration patterns, data models, and workflow designs. Lead technical design sessions, roadmap planning, and architecture reviews. Oversee delivery execution, ensuring quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs. Partner with developers and admins to validate configurations and integrations.

Provide technical project management oversight:

timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. Support governance, documentation, and continuous improvement of the platform. Requirements Required Skills 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture and solution design. Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM Pro+ (case management, workflows, integrations). Technical project management or delivery management experience. Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and enterprise integrations. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
