ServiceNow Developer, IRM & GRC

Experteer Overview As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll drive the risk and compliance digital transformation across Fisher Investments. You'll design, configure, and support scalable IRM/GRC solutions, partnering with Security, Legal, and Procurement to automate risk posture. You'll influence platform architecture and lead integrations for audit, privacy, and third-party risk, delivering transparent, high-quality solutions. This role offers hands-on technical ownership with impact on governance at a global scale.

Compensation / Benefits

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules (Policy & Compliance, Vendor Risk, Operational Resilience) using Flow Designer, Script Includes, and Business Rules
• Create and maintain

REST/SOAP

integrations and IntegrationHub spokes to connect ServiceNow with IAM, SIEM, ERP, and HR platforms

• Design Workspaces, Portals, and Dashboards with Performance Analytics for clear risk visibility
• Automate workflows for risk assessments, audit findings, and vendor onboarding to reduce manual effort
• Participate in Agile delivery, troubleshoot production issues, support platform upgrades, and maintain technical documentation Tasks
• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
• 2+ years of dedicated experience with IRM/GRC modules
• Strong JavaScript and expert ServiceNow stack knowledge (Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, MID Servers, Transform Maps)
• Deep familiarity with IRM/GRC suite (Business Continuity, Privacy Management, Regulatory Change Management)
• Experience with Agile/DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data governance (CMDB/CSDM)
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS-IRM/Risk & Compliance) Key requirements
