Job Summary The Business Intelligence Developer serves as a bridge between data engineering and business analytics, responsible for developing data models, building dashboards, and delivering actionable insights. This role combines strong technical expertise with business acumen to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. What you will do Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI aligned with operational and strategic goals. Develop and manage datasets, data models, and data transformations within Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft SQL Server, including monitoring and basic troubleshooting of data pipelines and ETL processes supporting assigned solutions. Integrate data from multiple systems into cohesive, reliable, and scalable reporting solutions. Optimize data models, queries, and reporting solutions for performance and scalability. Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. Partner with Prevea stakeholders to define business requirements, KPIs, and reporting strategies. Collaborate with operational leaders and HSHS IT teams to resolve data issues and improve reporting processes. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and documentation across reporting solutions. Drive continuous improvement of data, reporting processes, and tools while supporting best practices. Remain current on analytic technologies including
SQL, ETL
tools, and reporting platforms. Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field Required Experience Qualifications 4-6 years experience in business intelligence, analytics, or BI development. Required Experience with healthcare operations, access, or revenue cycle. Preferred Skills and Abilities Strong SQL and data transformation expertise Advanced dashboard development and data visualization skills Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Understanding of healthcare operations and performance metrics Ability to balance technical development with business needs Continuous improvement mindset and adaptability Licenses and Certifications Power BI Certification Preferred Microsoft Fabric/Azure Data Certification Preferred Physical Demands Sit
