Job Description

Role Summary The Chief Information Officer will oversee the entire IT function for a large manufacturing operation based in Little Rock, AR. This position is responsible for maintaining a secure and scalable IT infrastructure, providing end-user support, managing cybersecurity controls, overseeing IT projects, and ensuring plant technology readiness. As a hands-on leader within a complex manufacturing environment, the Chief Information Officer will supervise a small technical team and collaborate closely with various departments including operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, finance, HR, supply chain, logistics, corporate IT, vendors, and external service providers. This role is crucial as the organization expands its manufacturing operations across multiple sites in the United States.
Position Scope Key responsibilities include:
Owning site IT infrastructure and end-user support Coordinating ERP/business application support and cybersecurity Managing IT assets, vendors, documentation, and technology readiness for plant operations Key Responsibilities Site IT Leadership The Chief Information Officer will lead the overall IT function, including infrastructure, help desk, ERP/business systems support, cybersecurity coordination, IT assets, vendors, documentation, and IT project execution. Responsibilities also include assigning priorities across infrastructure, applications, and help desk support resources based on plant needs, service levels, and project commitments.
