FedEx Corporation Contractor based out of Little Rock, AR is looking to hire a Full-Time (Business Contact-BC) Manager. Past or present FedEx Experience A Plus. Logistics experience necessary. Responsibilities" Lead, guide, mentor and manage a team of delivery professionals in a manner that drives service performance and metrics to a level exceeding FedEx Corp goals and standards. Attend to day-to-day issues and resolve problems on the go. Must ensure an adequate number of staff is maintained to complete all assigned routes. Responsible for understanding and estimating the daily service needs, managing equipment needs, dispatching drivers and optimizing routes for efficiency. Manage and use of technology and applications. Maintain Pre-trip-Post-trip inspections, report issues to mechanics. Good understaning of on time pickups and deliveries and managing procedures for exceptions. Maintaining open communication. Must have driving experience to fill driver when needed. Other duties as assigned.
