FedEx Business Contact (BC) Manager

FedEx Corporation Contractor based out of the Little Rock, AR is looking to hire a Full-Time (Business Contact-BC) Manager. Past or present FedEx Experience A Plus. Logistics experience necessary. We are looking for a reliable, professional and detail-oriented individual who will be supervising a group of experienced drivers in their day-to-day routines.

Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, mentor and manage a team of delivery professionals in a manner that drives service performance and metrics to a level exceeding FedEx Corp goals and standards Attend to day-to-day issues and resolve problems on the go Must ensure an adequate number of staff is maintained to complete all assigned runs Responsible for understanding and estimating the daily service needs, managing equipment needs, dispatching drivers and optimizing routes for efficiency Manage and use of technology and applications Complete Daily Check Lists Maintain Pre Trip-Post Trip inspections Good understanding of on time pickups and deliveries and managing procedures for exceptions Maintaining open communication We are looking for someone with previous driving experience and must be able to run at least 150 stop routes. Must be able to lift up to 150# with the assistance of a dolly. We prefer someone with Amazon, USPS, FedEx or UPS experience.
