Multidisciplinary Leadership:

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.

System Integration:

Ensure seamless harmony between hardware and embedded software for optimal system performance.

Strategic Execution:

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Innovation:

Monitor industry trends and integrate emerging technologies into product design strategies to keep our client at the cutting edge.

Must Have:

Experience:

8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Expertise:

a background in LPBF or additive manufacturing product development and proficiency in CAD tools. #LI-BL1 qualifications: Experience level: ManagerMinimum 8 years of experience

Education:

Bachelors skills: EngineeringCNC (5 years of experience is preferred)
