- The Opportunity
- We're seeking a
- Director
- who will define and execute strategies to win in the fast-growing AI hardware space by establishing a competitive advantage with HP's AI-specific and high-performance compute portfolio, reach and routes-to-market, and the breadth and completeness of HP's overall portfolio.
- What You'll Do
- + Develop multi-year trends and market conditions that inform portfolio strategy and investments for AI hardware (Edge AI devices, Advanced Compute solutions), peripherals, video conferencing, and industrial solutions (retail, manufacturing, and others) + Track the overall server landscape to identify overlaps with edge AI devices and common workloads + Support strategic account pursuits, customer pilots, lighthouse accounts, and reference designs spanning data center + edge architectures.
- Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.
Experience:
10-12 years of total experience in the high-tech industry, product management, corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or a related field, preferably within a Fortune 500 environment. +Strategic Mindset:
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute scalable GTM strategies that drive revenue growth and customer retention. + Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, strategy frameworks, and project management tools. + Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. + Expertise in market analysis, customer segmentation, and channel strategy development. + Strong communication and presentation abilities, with expertise in influencing and inspiring stakeholders. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across teams.- Disclaimer

The pay range for this role is
- $166,050 to $265,700 USD
- annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
