We are seeking an Engagement Manage r to lead high-impact client engagements, partner directly with executive stakeholders, and help some of the world's largest companies implement next-generation AI initiatives. Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and business leaders. Lead workshops, interviews, and strategic discussions to uncover operational challenges and opportunities. Translate complex business problems into scalable AI-driven solutions. Manage and mentor junior consultants and project team members. Drive project execution, client satisfaction, and measurable ROI. Travel to client sites as needed and represent the company with executive-level professionalism. Required Experience 4+ years of management consulting experience with a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or equivalent). Proven experience leading client engagements and executive stakeholder relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience managing teams and delivering complex projects. Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-facing skills. Preferred Background Exposure to AI, automation, digital transformation, or emerging technologies. Experience working across finance, operations, sales, marketing, or enterprise business functions. Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.
