Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of technology enablement, organization change management, strategy consulting, or related experience OR Master's degree and 4 years of technology enablement, organization change management, strategy consulting, or related experience OR Bachelor's degree and 6 years of technology enablement, organization change management, strategy consulting, or related experience OR Associate's degree and 10 years of technology enablement, organization change management, strategy consulting, or related experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of technology enablement, organization change management, strategy consulting, or related experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred. Experience supporting large-scale technology and workforce transformations. Understanding of commercial Pharma functions, including marketing, sales, insights, analytics, data science, forecasting, and data strategy. Familiarity with AI concepts, AI-enabled tools, and data platforms, with the ability to translate technical change into human impact. Proven ability to operate as a self-starter, navigate ambiguity, and drive progress without heavy direction. Strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence capabilities. Comfortable working across technical and business teams. High emotional intelligence and change leadership presence. Ability to balance structure and rigor with creativity and innovation. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
