Key Responsibilities:
Oversee R D, product development, and technology roadmap Lead architecture, design, and delivery of optical transceiver solutions Engage directly with Tier 1 customers on NPI progress and technical issues Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, product, sales) to meet business and customer needs Represent the company in industry standards bodies and technical forums Drive IP strategy, market insights, and new technology opportunities Build and lead high-performing global teams
Qualifications:
PhD in Optoelectronics, EE, or related field 20+ years in optical networking / transceiver industry, including CTO-level leadership Deep expertise in photonic ICs, high-speed design, and optical networking standards (IEEE, OIF, ITU-T) Strong customer-facing experience with hyperscale or Tier 1 clients Proven leadership in R D, product innovation, and cross-functional execution
