Design scalable, maintainable systems that support our monthly release cadence.

Release Management:

Own the CI/CD pipeline and DevOps processes to ensure stable, predictable monthly deployments.

Technical Roadmap:

Partner with leadership to translate business requirements into technical milestones.

Team Mentorship:

Lead, mentor, and grow a lean engineering team, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in clean code and testing.

Innovation:

Stay current with emerging trends in .NET and React to ensure our stack remains modern and efficient.

Technical Requirements Backend Mastery:

Expert-level experience in C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+ , specifically with Web APIs and microservices architecture.

Frontend Proficiency:

Strong experience with React JS (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand) and modern CSS frameworks.

Database Management:

Proficiency in SQL Server or PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.

Cloud & DevOps:

Experience managing cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS) and automation tools for CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins).

Agile Expertise:

Proven track record of managing rapid release cycles within an Agile/Scrum framework.
