  • Full Time Security Clearance Client is seeking a CE/SI (Cybersecurity/Information Security) SME with 10+ years of federal acquisition experience, whose expertise supports high-volume portfolios like
CDC, FDIC, SBA
OCIO, and DoD. We value professionals who excel at drafting and reviewing PWS, SOO, SOW, IGCEs, and acquisition strategies, and we emphasize your vital role in our team''s success. Key Responsibilities
    Security Implementation & Guidance:
    Reviewing, implementing, and guiding security system configurations, controls, procedures, and facilities for DHS IT systems.
      Risk & Vulnerability Management:
      Assessing cyber risks, identifying vulnerabilities, performing continuous monitoring, and managing mitigation plans (POA&Ms).
        Incident Response:
        Supporting cyber investigations, responding to security incidents, and handling threat intelligence.
          System & Network Security:
          Providing expertise in network engineering, software assurance, digital forensics, and securing critical infrastructure.
            Compliance & Documentation:
            Ensuring adherence to DHS policies (like
            MD 4300A
            ) and standards (FISMA, NIST), and maintaining key security artifacts (ISAs, PIAs).
              Strategic Advisory:
              Serving as the principal security advisor for system owners and leadership on complex security matters. Qualifications
              • 10+ years of experience in CE/SI engineering, facility acquisition, or infrastructure program management.
