As the Justice Account Leader, you will play a pivotal leadership role within Slalom's Federal Market . You will be part of a mission-driven team helping the U.S. Courts and the Department of Justice (DOJ) achieve transformative outcomes that strengthen enterprise governance, modernize digital systems, and improve the user experience across the federal judiciary and law enforcement domains. We are seeking a Federal Account Leader to oversee a large-scale U.S. Courts engagement within a complex, multi-stakeholder justice ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in DOJ or analogous adjudication environments (e.g., VA, SSA), with a strong understanding of end-to-end case lifecycle processes, evidence management, and federally regulated data systems. This role requires proven ability to navigate federated governance structures, engage senior stakeholders (e.g., judges, clerks, prosecutors), and drive delivery across loosely coupled systems spanning the judicial and law enforcement domains. What You'll Do Account Leadership & Growth Lead the Justice account strategy, overseeing business growth, partnership alignment, and client relationships across the U.S. Courts and DOJ. Serve as the primary Slalom leader and trusted advisor to senior federal executives, demonstrating a deep understanding of judicial mission priorities, organizational effectiveness, and modernization objectives. Identify, shape, and capture new opportunities that align with Slalom's strengths in data modernization, AI/ML, cloud strategy, human-centered design (HCD), and digital transformation. Develop and execute account growth plans, including capture and proposal strategies in collaboration with business development and alliance partners (AWS, Salesforce, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.). Drive revenue, pipeline, and delivery excellence targets while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. Client Impact & Delivery Excellence Oversee the delivery of a large, multi-year strategic advisory and modernization portfolio, ensuring technical excellence, alignment with judiciary policies, and measurable mission impact. Lead a large-scale Program Management Office (PMO) driving enterprise-level planning, cloud maturity assessments, enterprise architecture (EA) roadmaps, cybersecurity strategy, and organizational change management. Translate complex justice mission challenges into modern, technology-enabled advisory solutions, guiding the client away from legacy constraints and toward scalable cloud, data, and CRM ecosystems. Lead account governance, performance management, and risk mitigation, ensuring all advisory artifacts, technology recommendations, and workforce readiness plans meet rigorous federal standards. People Leadership & Collaboration Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing, multidisciplinary teams (strategists, architects, change managers, and analysts) that deliver client impact and live Slalom's values. Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning within the Justice account team. Partner across Slalom markets and capability areas to bring integrated solutions that combine enterprise strategy, modern technology, and human-centered design. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in federal consulting or technology advisory, with demonstrated success supporting the
DOJ, U.S.
Courts, or analogous adjudication environments.
Program & Vehicle Leadership:
Experience leading $50M+ federal programs and successfully managing large, multi-year federal contract vehicles (e.g., BPAs, IDIQs). This includes overseeing multiple concurrent task orders and delivering complex technology modernization initiatives (case management, eDiscovery, cloud architecture, or data platforms).
Domain Expertise:
Strong understanding of end-to-end case lifecycle processes, evidence management, and federally regulated data systems.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Proven ability to navigate federated governance structures and engage senior stakeholders (judges, clerks, prosecutors, agency executives).
Growth & Capture:
Proven record of federal capture management, proposal leadership, and account growth within complex government environments, including deep knowledge of federal acquisition processes (FAR, IDIQ, BPA, GSA). Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary delivery teams across strategic advisory, program management, and technical architecture domains.
Desired / Preferred
Qualifications Familiarity with Data, Cloud, & AI advisory service offerings, including: Data strategy, governance, and architecture within highly regulated environments. Cloud adoption sequencing, DevSecOps platforms, and Zero Trust cybersecurity maturity. Familiarity with Enterprise Readiness & Transformation, including: Organizational change management, stakeholder enablement, and workforce readiness. Human-Centered Design (HCD) and user experience (UX) strategy. Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow public sector solutions, particularly for case management and constituent services. Prior experience leading capture or delivery within a federal consulting firm or system integrator. Active Public Trust or higher federal security clearance preferred. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Director is $180,000 to $220,000 and for Senior Director is $200,000 to $260,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
