Role Overview The Head of Process & Data Excellence is a senior leader responsible for optimizing how PG operates by improving business processes, strengthening data governance, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role defines and executes the strategy for process standardization, master data integrity, and business intelligence across the organization. This leader serves as the critical bridge between business operations and technology, ensuring that processes, data, and digital tools work together to drive measurable performance improvement. The role has direct accountability for three core capabilities—Process & Data Governance, Master Data Management, and Business Intelligence—and is responsible for building an integrated, scalable operating model that supports both enterprise priorities and business unit execution. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute the PG transformation and execution strategy Align transformation initiatives with PG priorities and business outcomes Establish a clear roadmap of initiatives, capabilities, and investments Business Unit Partnership Partner with BU leadership to translate strategy into executable initiatives Ensure alignment across functions and eliminate execution barriers Drive shared accountability for results and outcomes Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Drive adoption of CI methodologies and tools across the organization Identify and prioritize opportunities for performance improvement Ensure improvements are sustained and embedded Execution & Delivery Excellence Ensure disciplined execution of cross-functional transformation initiatives Drive on-time, on-scope, and on-budget project delivery Establish consistent execution frameworks and governance models Organizational Effectiveness & Change Leadership Lead organizational efforts to enable adoption of transformation initiatives Drive change management, communication, and capability building Improve organizational health, engagement, and performance People Leadership Ensure disciplined execution of cross-functional transformation initiatives Drive on-time, on-scope, and on-budget project delivery Establish consistent execution frameworks and governance models Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including significant roles in operations management, business execution, process improvement, IT, or data/analytics-driven environments Proven track record of driving business performance improvement through process improvement, process engineering, data insights, or system enablement Strong understanding of end-to-end business operations and how process and data impact execution and performance Experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-scale initiatives in a matrix environment Demonstrated experience in process improvement and process standardization initiatives Strong leadership and team development capability across diverse disciplines (process, data, analytics) Proven ability to lead change and transformation initiatives across complex organizations Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with a results-oriented mindset Preferred 5+ years of direct experience in Process Engineering / Improvement, IT Enablement, Business Integration, or Data Management / Data Governance leadership roles Experience designing or leading enterprise data governance or process governance frameworks Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or CRM) and enterprise data structures, as a significant user or as someone who has experience implementing enterprise solutions Experience with modern data platforms, BI tools, or analytics ecosystems Working knowledge of data governance, master data management, and business intelligence concepts Experience serving as a business-IT interface, translating operational needs into system and data solutions Familiarity with AI, automation, and advanced analytics applications Experience in industrial, manufacturing, supply chain, or project-based environments Experience leading large-scale transformation programs or organizational change initiatives Leadership Competencies Thinks beyond immediate tasks to define a future-state roadmap and rally stakeholders around its Strategic Vision Understands the upstream and downstream interdependencies of process and data decisions Systems Thinking Builds credibility with both technical and non-technical audiences; effective at navigating organizational complexity Influence & Partnership Drives adoption of new processes and tools through communication, coaching, and persistence Change Leadership Makes decisions grounded in data; sets high standards for accuracy and insight quality Analytical Rigor Invests in team growth and creates an environment where people are challenged and supported Talent Development Why Should You Apply?
